What is a Birth Doula?
A birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and immediately after birth. Our goal is to walk alongside you and your family, helping you feel informed, supported, and empowered as you welcome your baby. Doulas do not replace your medical team or partner but instead work in partnership with them to create a more positive birth experience.
