She also coached me in trying different breathing techniques and positions as I labored to help make the most way for baby to enter this world. As a result, my delivery was smooth, calm, and peaceful - everything I was hoping and praying for. Aside from pregnancy and L&D, Courtney was highly knowledgeable and had great advice for transferring care to an OB most aligned with my desired birth plan, navigating a GBS positive test result, treating a postpartum hemorrhage, finding a pediatrician, and preparing for breastfeeding. My husband and I felt equipped with the best information to make choices that were right for us. Courtney was also such a warm presence. We never felt rushed; she sincerely took her time to make sure all of our questions were answered and alleviated our fears and concerns as first time parents. Her warm demeanor, willingness to listen, and drive to go above and beyond made all the difference in our experience.
